A Weekend of Learning and Gastronomy

Learn from Seasoned Organic Horticulturist and Regenerative Farmer Renee on the farm for a fun hands on and informative two day workshop! There are Options to attend one or both days! 

We will start the day with an informative farm tour followed by a hands on demonstration on blooming indigenous microbes in the woods to boost your soil activity in the garden and compost! We will talk about  native herb identification and forage plants to turn into fertilizer. The end of session 1 we will harvest vegetables and herbs for the collaborative dinner at Community table on Sunday 

This second fun filled hands on day we will be learning trellising, pruning tomatoes, thinning seedlings , making tinctures for plant health and so much more!

Saturday and Sunday in collaboration with Community table and 11 Cornwall, we will be offering a seasonal fair both days. Saturday Lunch, Sunday morning Brunch followed by a spring inspired dinner at Community table. Visit here for details that will delight your palate and comforting accommodations.
